Currently, we provide marketing support to several market segments to include industrial equipment, home and automobile relocation, home security, solar power and large animal transport. ROLE: The Director of Finance manages the finance functions for the company. The position is responsible for AP/AR, customer billing, collections, monthly and annual P&L’s for each business unit, reconciliation reporting for affiliates, payroll, forecasting, the development of the annual budget, strategic plan and metrics. More specific responsibilities are listed below: -Handles AP/AR, collections and customer billing. -Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching finance and accounting issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing finance and –accounting objectives in line with organizational objectives. -Analyzes and presents financial reports, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, in an accurate and timely manner, including projections on a quarterly basis. -Provides oversight of expense reporting process and approvals. -Manages and reviews reconciled corporate bank accounts and funds transfers. -Oversees and leads annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets. -Reviews and processes employee contributions to the 401k plan. -Works closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.
Job Requirements -Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize work assignments and effectively work simultaneously on multiple projects. -Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). -5+ years’ experience working with general ledger and accounting principles. -5+ years budgeting experience. -Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and build relationships with all LeadVision employees. -Ability to communicate financial concepts and to effectively collaborate with staff. -Intermediate knowledge of accounting and reporting software. -Keen analytic, organizational and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making. -High attention to detail; exceptional written and verbal communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred. -At least 5-7 years of overall professional experience.
