Sales Executive
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Hybrid Schedule - Wednesday and Friday WFH!
Salary: $50,000 base + Commissions + Bonus
Average first year earnings ~ $80,000.00
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and learning the fundamentals of a successful sales career. You’ll work closely with leadership, receive hands-on training, and gain real experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our services, and helping drive new business. - Call on prospects to subscribe to our lead generation service
- Identify decision-makers and pitch our products and services to them
- Use sales scripts and product knowledge to communicate value to potential customers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
- Set clear expectations with all customers
- Follow up with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call center)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and build rapport
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Comfortable with outbound calling, handling rejection, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and learn CRM tools
Sales Internship
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Pay: $17/hour + Commission (on eligible accounts) + Parking Reimbursement

This internship offers hands-on experience in an outbound sales environment, where you’ll work directly alongside experienced sales professionals and gain real-world exposure to B2B sales. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in outreach, CRM management, and customer-facing communication while learning the fundamentals of a sales career.
